Which small package couriers do you use?

Small package shipments (non-LTL / palletized freight) will ship with our trusted couriers: UPS, DHL and FedEx.

Within the United States, all domestic shipments will be shipped exclusively via FedEx. Similarly, for Canada, all domestic shipping will be provided exclusively by UPS. DHL is available for international shipments.

Every shipping label generated on ShipNerd will include a courier tracking number that can be tracked on the respective courier’s website, as well as $100 of insurance.

Small package couriers will only accept packages that weigh up to 150 lbs or 165” in length & girth combined.
