How do I manage my shipments on ShipNerd?

ShipNerd classifies shipments into one of the following five statuses that you can monitor in your My Shipments dashboard.

  • Pending: Things come up, we get it. ShipNerd saves orders that you initiated but didn’t complete. When you’re ready to complete the shipment, simply find the “Pending” shipment in “My Shipments” and easily continue where you left off. You won’t need to reinput any shipping information, package information or descriptions – it’s all right there, saved. Ship Smarter.
  • Created: You’ve gone ahead and successfully created a shipment and have a shipping label. All you need to do now is securely attach the shipping documents to the package, and drop it off — that’s it!
  • In Transit: Just like it sounds, your shipment is already in transit an en-route to it’s final destination. Easily track the shipment using our tracking tools to get the most up-to-date status updates about your shipment.
  • Delivered: Your package has arrived to its final destination, and we’ve received confirmation from the courier that they have successfully delivered the package.
  • Exception: An exception occurs when a package or shipment encounters an unforeseen event, which could result in a change to the expected delivery day. Examples of exception include: address unknown, damage to shipment, or signature not received; Tracking your package typically yields more information.
